Overview:
Our multi-family office services a select group of ultra-high net worth clients and we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented full time Junior Investment Analyst to join our investment team. This role offers a rare opportunity to work across public and private markets while learning directly from the senior portfolio managers. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience and is eager to grow within a dynamic multi-family office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and maintain documentation on ETFs, mutual funds, hedge funds, and private equity managers
- Take detailed notes during investment meetings and portfolio reviews
- Support portfolio analysis and asset allocation work
- Learn and assist with portfolio rebalancing using software tools such as RedBlack
- Collaborate with senior investment professionals to understand both fundamental and quantitative investment processes
- Work with financial data in Excel and other platforms; open to learning Python and MATLAB for future automation and modeling tasks
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of investment-related experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related concentration
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of precision in work
- Comfortable handling and analyzing financial data
- Eager to learn portfolio construction, rebalancing, and investment strategy
- Self-motivated, curious, and collaborative
- Familiarity with investment products and willingness to expand into new asset classes
- Experience with or interest in programming (Python, MATLAB) is a plus
