A Financial Services company that backs the Insurance world is seeking a Junior Analyst.
Duties include:
- Review Broker submissions and assist with quoting and policy issuance which includes Accounting for Insurance plans
- Read, interpret, and work to explain financial implications of policies.
- Follow underwriting guidelines and issue escalations
- Monitor financial transactions and work with Client Services to pair down any Accounts Receivable issues
- Assist with collections as needed
- Ad hoc reports and special projects for the team in Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or similar
- High degree of comfort working in Excel
- 0-3 years of experience working in Finance
- Enjoy client services and talking to clients
