We are looking for a Senior Client Service Associate who will meaningfully contribute to our everyday business process. The annual base salary range for this position is $85,000-$100,000, based on experience and qualifications. You will report to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues by phone and email
  • Collaborate with custodian partners Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab
  • Prepare and process paperwork for client transactions, including opening new accounts, closing accounts, transferring assets, deposits, withdrawals, account title changes, powers of attorney, address changes, and communicating the status of transactions to clients and Advisors.
  • Provide ongoing client account maintenance (e.g., all money requests, checks, debit cards, journal entries, wires, ACHs, regular periodic transfers, transfer of securities amongst accounts, special accounts, ongoing special client instructions).
  • Trade execution (stocks, bonds, mutual funds, ETFs, money funds)
  • Preparation and processing of paperwork for alternative investments (private equity, hedge funds)
  • Process distributions from retirement accounts
  • Participate in client calls and WebEx meetings to provide operational and administrative support
  • Coordinate with clients’ tax and legal advisors
  • Enroll and assist clients with online access to their accounts
  • Ensure both clients and the team are protected by observing practice’s compliance policies
What You’ll Assist With
  • Assemble materials for client reviews, presentations, and meetings
  • Prepare for in-office meetings by preregistering guests and getting the conference room organized with snacks and beverages
  • Maintain documentation in CRM (Salesforce) and electronic filing system (Box)
  • Support team members with administrative and operational tasks
  • Provide phone support for team members
  • Prepare invoices
What You’ll Bring
  • 5 or more years of experience in a client service, administrative, or operational role within the financial services industry
  • Series 7 and Series 66 registrations
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 5+ years of experience in Word, Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), Outlook, Adobe.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Concur, and DocuSign
  • Experience with Tamarac and Morningstar is a plus
  • Experience with Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab custodian platforms is a plus
  • Willingness to work with clients and team members remotely or in-person
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
