RJ Wealth Management is a team of independent, fiduciary financial advisors. Our goal is to help clients make better financial decisions in a changing and complex world. Our open-source platform gives us access to advanced research and technology in the investment marketplace. We advise accounts at many of the best-known financial firms in the United States.

We are looking for a Client Service Associate who will meaningfully contribute to our everyday business process. The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $90,000, based on experience and qualifications. You will report to the Managing Director.

What You’ll Do
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues by phone and email
  • Help onboard new clients, completing all necessary documentation
  • Prepare and process account paperwork, including new account openings, account transfers, and account maintenance
  • Assist clients with password resets and login issues
  • Assemble materials for client reviews, presentations, and meetings
  • Prepare for in-office meetings by preregistering guests and getting the conference room organized with snacks and beverages
  • Oversee the administrative aspects of all new and existing client accounts
  • Support advisors with operational tasks
  • Prepare invoices
  • Ensure both clients and the team are protected by observing practice’s compliance policies
  • Provide an overall outstanding client experience using thorough communication and proactive administration
Collaborate with custodian partners Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab:
  • New Account opening and setup
  • Account updates (beneficiaries, address changes, checks, debit cards, power of attorney, SLOA setups, etc)
  • Tax documents (to clients and accountants)
  • Statement requests
  • Process distributions from retirement accounts
  • Money movement including wire transfers, journal entries, and ACH transfers
What You’ll Bring
  • 2 or more years of experience in a client service or administrative role within the financial services industry
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Concur, and DocuSign
  • Experience with Tamarac and Morningstar is a plus
  • Experience with Fidelity, Pershing, and Schwab custodian platforms is a plus
  • Available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm
