Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A at a Glance….
The Senior Financial Analyst role will support the Company’s efforts on delivering Business Unit Margin growth and sustainability through visibility on cost savings initiatives as well as inflationary/deflationary environments to allow for cohesive pricing plans. This person will be a key contributor in the budget, forecast, and results processes on a monthly and annual basis. They will also support the organization to create and implement optimal processes and tools as well as supporting analytical projects to identify savings opportunities.

What’s on the menu?

  • Serve as an advocate in financial planning and accounting matters (e.g., financial reporting, cost allocations) and process improvement opportunities
  • Key Point of contact and support for selected Business Unit
  • Maintain reports of actual and expected business performance while establishing and maintaining reporting cadence
  • Support accurate P&L and publishing of financial presentations ranging from consolidated financials, flash reports, and other reports necessary to help drive optimal decision making for the BU and Zone CFO, as well as the Head of Operations for the Zone and BU
  • Prepare standard and ad-hoc end to end analysis, driving insights on business gaps to plan and do benchmarking
  • Lead the Internal Review preparation and presentation to their relevant Business unit CFO and Head of Operations, as well as the Annual Operating Plan budgeting process, and strategic plan for this Business
  • Liaise with other functional groups supporting the business, including Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Accounting / Controllership, S&OP, and others to identify issues impacting the business and develop recommendations for improvement

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or advanced degree in Accounting, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
  • 3+ years’ experience, in a complex environment with escalating levels of responsibility
  • Ideal Candidate is proficient in Excel, Power BI, SQL and Power Query
  • Strong technical and systems orientation (experience with Hyperion/FiT, PaPM and SAP) desired
  • Prior Function, Category, Corporate FP&A and/or BU experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills and broad business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while working autonomously and think independently

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$88,000.00 – $110,000.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
