The Comm Ops Prod Support I will focus on activities that provide support to the Director and Production Managers within Business Banking Operations. 

Primary responsibilities include

  • Will work closely with the Business Support Manager to help with overflow work which may include:
    • Event planning:  Team meetings & events
    • mail/Communication Review within the Citizens Compliance Global Relay Platform
    • Procurement within Aribia, Sourcing, AP
    • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding
    • Tracking Compliance trainings for the team 
    • Organize & arrange travel and accommodations
  • Participate in meetings and take minutes as / when required.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner.
  • Be able to provide administrative support for special projects or initiatives.
  • Conduct research and compile data for meetings and reports.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
  • Monitor deadlines and follow up items on pending tasks and approvals.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
    • High level of commitment, self-starter, and results driven.
    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, work unsupervised, and manage a varied workload.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Visio & SharePoint Applications
    • Lending knowledge 

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40 hours
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday
