Join our Client Results team as an Investment Operations Analyst—an ideal role for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a foundation in finance and investment operations within a leading institutional asset management firm.
What You Will Do
- Analyze and reconcile investment accounts across U.S. and international markets for equities and fixed income securities
- Learn and apply investment accounting principles using industry-leading systems and tools
- Assist with maintaining security master data, pricing updates, and corporate actions (e.g., M&A activity, dividends, stock splits, bond interest payments)
- Support daily operations, monitor trade settlement activity, and troubleshoot breaks or exceptions
- Identify and help implement process improvements using technology and automation
- Collaborate with internal teams (trading, accounting, compliance) and external partners (custodians, brokers)
- Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Math, or related field preferred but not required)
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for financial markets and investment operations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a desire to contribute and learn
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, VBA/macros)
- Experience or interest in using tools like Python, Power Query, or AI to automate workflows
- Prior internship or academic project experience in finance or data analysis
- A mindset focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence
