We are currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant to Partner - Private Equity in NYC (Hudson Yards Area) – in-office 5 days a week . In this role you will support a Partner and a small team with a variety of administrative tasks. 120-130K Base + OT + Bonus + Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

  • Compose, draft, proof, edit, and finalize correspondence including e-mail and other documents
  • Manage complex and fluid calendars, monitoring Executives’ calendars and anticipate where problems / conflicts might arise
  • Prepare for meetings supporting the needs of executives involved.
  • Handle travel planning logistics for domestic and international trips; providing detailed itineraries, agendas, directions, and backup materials; prepare and submit expense reports
  • Manage highly sensitive, confidential information with complete discretion
  • Excellent organizational skills to support the productivity of the team (i.e. filing systems, trackers, contacts)
  • Team player capable of working with internal and external stakeholders in a way that reflects the Firm’s core values and principles
  • Review incoming mail and/or email, prioritize and summarize content, and process replies on own initiative or from Executives’ notes and directives
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and Executive events, inform attendees of dates and time, reserve meeting space, ensure the appropriate equipment/materials are available, coordinate hospitality services as needed

Requirements:

  • 5-8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant; college degree
  • Financial industry knowledge highly desirable
  • Advanced computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; able to quickly and accurately produce/edit Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations
  • Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
  • Research savvy with extensive experience using online resources
  • Highly developed planning and organizational skills; able to anticipate change, adjust responses accordingly, and initiate steps to maximize resources toward a common objective

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
