We are a culture first Wealth Management Company with offices in Florida, West Virginia & Western Pennsylvania. We are on a strong expansion path and are currently looking for an experienced (4-10 years) Financial Advisor to assist with that growth in our beautiful Boca Raton Florida office.
This individual will be responsible for learning and developing while helping to service our existing clients in the Boca Raton, Florida area.

Requirements:
- 4-10 years experience as a fully licensed Financial Advisor.
- Series 7, 66 and SIE
- Bachelor's Degree (or higher)
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours per week with an excellent work environment, supportive team, bonus opportunity and fantastic benefits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to develop tailored financial plans for clients.
- Provide expert advice on investment management, estate planning, and tax strategies.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and customer service.
- Stay updated on financial regulations and securities law to ensure compliance.
- Utilize financial software for portfolio management and cash management.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their financial goals and recommend appropriate financial services.

Pay: $105,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
