Flex Management seeks an experienced and strategic private equity director to join a team of investment professionals investing in permanent capital focused on building a high-performing investment organization and portfolio. Ideal Candidate

• Your ideal career is developing direct relationships and identifying appropriate businesses for investment.
• Had been described as setting a goal and never being fully satisfied until you achieve it.
• You are known for quickly understanding your client's business and operations.
• Your track record in sales/business development places you in the top 5% of all your peers.
• Not afraid to build new connections and/or pick up the phone and call.
• Open to travel as required.
• A minimum of 4 years of sales or business development experience.
• Can clearly describe a transaction through financial analysis.
• Lead the due diligence process required to close an acquisition.
• Review the existing portfolio of businesses for opportunities to improve through acquisition or investment.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of financial concepts, including portfolio management and investment banking principles.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present findings effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $131,123.00 - $146,916.00 per year
