Moyer Wealth Management is a full-service, independent financial advisory and tax planning firm located in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. We are actively seeking a part-time, remote-based, Client Service Representative to join our firm.
As a Client Service Representative, you will work directly with our financial advisor(s) to provide administrative and operational support to clients, and help clients meet their financial goals.
Client Service Support Role:
- Act as the main contact for client service requests and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including smooth onboarding for new clients and new client accounts.
- Assist with preparing documents for new client accounts and services, transfers, money movement, and other client operations.
- Schedule client meetings and assist financial advisor(s) in preparing for client meetings by generating reports and completing necessary forms.
- Manage the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system effectively.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support advisors in resolving client concerns quickly and effectively.
Skills and Qualifications:
· Preferred experience in financial services
· Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
· Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
· High degree of comfort managing multiple tasks simultaneously
· Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), CRM management; spelling and grammar skills; proficiency in math, accounting, and analytical skills; research, analysis, planning and organizational skills.
· Takes action on office priorities in a proactive manner.
· Dedication to detail and accuracy
· Positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional customer experience
· Excellent administrative, time management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills or Qualifications:
- Series 6, 63 and Series 65 or 66 license (if you do not currently have will help to obtain)
- Life & Health
- Securities Industries Essentials
- Custodian trading system (e.g., RBC, Schwab, etc.) experience
- Associates or bachelors degree
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
