Job Description
Primary Responsibilities :
Relationship Coverage & Development:
Support and expand existing GP and co-investment platform relationships.
Manage communications and reporting from fund sponsors.
Assist in sourcing new fund, co-investment, and direct opportunity leads.
Due Diligence & Analysis:
Conduct quantitative modeling and qualitative evaluation of private market opportunities.
Participate in data-room reviews, investment committee prep, and memo creation.
Monitor and track portfolio performance and market trends.
Advisor Enablement & Education:
Partner with the broader advisory team to help integrate private markets into client strategies.
Develop materials — presentations, memos, FAQs — tailored for advisors and clients.
Educate internal stakeholders through presentations, working groups, and firm-wide events.
Operational Coordination:
Collaborate with internal operations, fund administrators, custodians to manage subscriptions, capital calls, and ongoing reporting.
Required Qualifications:
2–5 years in private markets, investment banking, consulting, allocator, or related investment roles
Bachelor’s degree required; CFA, CAIA, MBA or progress toward a professional designation preferred
Skills and Competencies:
Strong financial modeling and analytical aptitude
Proven interest in private equity, credit, real assets, and/or VC
Excellent written and verbal communication — able to clearly articulate complex topics
Team-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Compensation Range:
$75,000-95,000
