As a Financial Analyst II, you will analyze financial operations and information to provide decision support to management and other caregivers regarding financial reporting and related issues.
A caregiver in this position works 8:00AM – 5:00PM
A caregiver who excels in this role will:
Prepare, analyze, and communicate key financial information.
Assist with budget preparation, budget review for compliance and financial reporting.
Consult with all levels of management to provide decision support for initiatives, policies and procedures.
Perform special projects and duties related to research, forecasting and conflict resolution.
Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or a related field.
Minimum four years financial or revenue cycle management or general analytical experience.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Offset: Master’s degree and three years of experience.
- Offset: Cleveland Clinic Finance Fellow experience may offset one year of required experience.
Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:
Master’s degree.
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
Healthcare experience.
Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions or Joint Ventures experience

Pay Range
Minimum hourly: $27.65
Maximum hourly: $42.17
