Client Technology Onboarding and Strategy Analyst

GTS Client Implementation team is seeking a versatile individual with strong analysis and program management skills to help transform the operating models of key clients, while assisting with delivery of multi-year client onboarding programs. The successful candidate must possess skill in complex business analysis with expertise in program management and documentation; excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills; a proven ability to liaise between business/implementation and technology teams front to back; and strong collaboration skills. 

Job Description:

  • Support head of the function with overall demand management, strategic projects and financial management

  • Facilitate environment strategy discussion, and support delivery of technology solutions across client programs

  • Facilitate design of the program milestone planning and sequencing of the phases

  • Plan and proactively monitoring its progress resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action with the relevant teams

  • Accountable for Monitoring expenditure costs against deliverables as the program progresses on behalf of the program. Work collaboratively with resource managers across STT to Ensure the project is appropriately staffed across all activities according to approved scope, timeline, deliverables; Escalate any shortfalls for resolution

  • Manage risk to the program's successful outcome and change control process

  • Ensuring the delivery of new capability or services from the program is on time and within budget, in accordance with the program plan and program governance arrangements 

  • Monitor all work streams and activities leveraging standard tools and established processes. Be responsible for adherence to project costing and management tools such as JIRA, CA PPM etc.

  • Collaborate with other teams to share approaches, develop best practices, and improve team capabilities to successfully migrate clients

  • Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the STT Alpha Platform perform subject matter expert activities, consultancy, and implementation activities.

  • Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role.

  • Ensure that the highest level of the Code of Conduct is displayed in your behavior.

  • Provide appropriate management information as required to support business unit decision making.

  • Support the ‘Risk Excellence’ culture within the business.

  • Run meetings/workshops as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business or equivalent,

Minimum 2 years related experience in financial services projects

Demonstrate understanding of Operations processes and procedures and an ability to learn quickly.

Communicate complex analysis and insights to stakeholders and business leaders, both verbally and in writing.

Experience with designing new solutions by analyzing requirements, studying system capabilities, and writing detailed business requirements. Very strong interest in the underlying detail of the analysis is a must.

Knowledge of Investment Management lifecycle is preferred

Knowledge of SDLC methodologies

Attention to detail and problem solving a must

Experience with Microsoft Office tools Word, Excel, Project, and Visio is required

Salary Range:

$75,000 - $120,000 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
