Your role will involve driving market research, gathering competitive insights, and identifying opportunities that shape the future of our Emergency Care offerings, with a focus on innovative BLS solutions that improve patient outcomes.
- This is a hybrid individual contributor role located in Redmond, WA.
What you will do:
- Leads upstream marketing efforts, focusing on market research, competitive insights, and strategy development to drive product innovation and long-term growth.
- Conducts competitive analysis, gathers market intelligence, and leverages industry trends to drive strategic decision-making.
- Anticipates customer needs, engages key opinion leaders (KOLs), and applies qualitative and quantitative research to inform strategies.
- Develops and executes marketing plans, business reviews, and go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Aligns clinical, economic, and usage evidence with marketing strategies.
- Defines customer acquisition and retention goals to support new product development (NPD) strategy.
- Define scope and strategy for NPD projects.
- Builds robust pre-commercialization plans to support launch hand-off to brand marketing team.
- Leads willingness to pay market research to inform pricing strategies.
- Prepares accurate forecasts, analyzes market data, and develops insights to support launch plans.
- Mentors team members, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and builds relationships with industry leaders to drive business success.
What you need:
Required
- Bachelor’s degree
- 6 years of work experience
Preferred
- 3 years’ experience in product management, marketing, or portfolio strategy, preferably in the medical device, medical technology or healthcare industry
