Private Equity Operations Associate

Overview

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Private Equity Associate. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic field of finance and investment management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analysis on potential investment opportunities
• Assist in due diligence processes for potential acquisitions
• Support the portfolio management team in monitoring and optimizing investments
• Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Collaborate with senior team members on various financial planning activities
• Utilize financial software to track and analyze investment performance

Requirements

• Strong background in math and financial concepts
• Knowledge of investment banking principles
• Experience in research and analysis within the finance industry
• Familiarity with investment management and portfolio management practices
• Ability to perform financial planning and asset management tasks effectively
• Proficiency in utilizing financial software for data analysis and reporting
• Skilled in conducting detailed financial analysisQualifications:
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Compensation:
This role is compensated on a success-based structure. Payment is contingent upon the successful closing of deals by Dark Alpha Capital. Compensation will be earned from all deals closed by the firm, providing substantial incentive alignment.

Location:
Remote with potential occasional travel.

Candidate must be available online on a video calls everyday from 9:30 Am to 3:30 PM EST

• Prior experience in operations, project management, or an administrative capacity preferred.
• Familiarity with private equity or investment environments is a plus but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
