Who we are looking for
Charles River for Private Markets is seeking a Product Manager, Asset Owners to support a high performing team to execute the vision, strategy, creation, and advocacy of the core Charles River for Private Markets offering for Asset Owners. In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Product and be responsible for enhancing our overall product and services for Asset Owners investing across indirect and direct assets. You will work jointly with the product, engineering, and delivery teams to build and deliver the best possible experience and value to customers within private markets investment management through the Charles River for Private Markets platform.
The ideal candidate will have - prior experience working with Asset Owners, allocators and / or limited partners investment operations or investment management teams, excellent business acumen, passionate about evangelizing data-driven decision making and product advocacy at all levels. They should also be a strong communicator comfortable with facilitating executive level, decision justification, and roadmap.

What you will be responsible for
As Product Manager, Asset Owners you will
Be responsible for analyzing, enhancing and delivering all new platform or services enhancements across internal teams, customers, and stakeholders to Asset Owners.
Work collaborative with existing Asset Owner clients and account managers to represent the voice of the customer.
Ensure individual features and products are aligned with business objectives.
Lead client calls and workshops to collect and understand customer insights to drive product and services decisions.
Prioritize, communicate, and support complex and conflicting opportunities and market needs.
Engage with cross-functional heads to ensure alignment and orientation to product execution across the organization.
Own the Asset Owners as a segment front to back product roadmap communication to internal and external stakeholders across Charles River Development and State Street.
Work with product teams to ensure timely and complete requirements gathering, definition, deconstruction, and design.
Ensure alignment of infrastructure / products to support across other segments. Ex: find the commonality within Asset Owners vs other segments supported for platform continuity.
Key Outcomes
Assessment, delivery and maintenance of prioritized strategy and roadmap for Asset Owners based on assessment of clients and key stakeholder incremental requirements against broader market trends and opportunities; prioritizations to include cost to benefits
Execute on specific product or solution enhancements that improve client experience
Identify and align across key internal businesses across State Street on specific opportunities that include roadmap of products and services

Education & Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of asset owner or allocator investment management background
Enterprise SaaS experience is preferred
Ability to work closely and communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders within clients and internally
Understanding of the private markets/alternative investment lifecycle from Asset Owners due diligence to investment monitoring and analytics & reporting; direct and indirect investing
Experience and knowledge of end-to-end workflow of administration services and support for Asset Owners
Ability to work as part of a global, distributed organization
Progress towards CFA or CAIA is desirable
Experience using JIRA or other agile development tools
Additional requirements
Ability to travel as required for client engagements (-20%), including internationally

Salary Range:
$90,000 - $142,500 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
