Job Overview – Investment Banking Associate:

Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 + bonus

Location: Delaware County, PA

Schedule: Monday to Friday (Hybrid)

Take on a key role as an Investment Banking Associate in Delaware County, PA (Hybrid), supporting M&A advisory and capital markets transactions with our client, a boutique investment banking firm. This full-time role is ideal for analytical professionals with prior investment banking experience and advanced financial modeling skills. You’ll lead valuation analysis, assist in deal execution, and prepare strategic materials for middle-market transactions.

Responsibilities as the Investment Banking Associate:

• Transaction Execution: Support M&A, recapitalizations, and other advisory engagements from start to close.
• Financial Modeling: Build complex models for valuation, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
• Research & Analysis: Conduct industry, company, and market research to support strategy and deal flow.
• Presentation Materials: Prepare pitch decks, CIMs, and management presentations for clients and investors.
• Due Diligence: Analyze financials, review key documents, and assist with client and third-party coordination.

Qualifications for the Investment Banking Associate:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in investment banking.
• Technical Skills: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency required, with experience in financial databases and CRM platforms preferred.
• Skills & Attributes: Analytical, organized, and results-driven, with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
