Job Role & Summary
Full-time Client Service Associate is needed for a Naperville Investment Planning practice. Candidate must be detail-oriented and have customer service experience. Computer skills and the ability to manage time appropriately are required as well. Finance experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Answer phones and make proactive outbound calls to clients
· Refer clients to financial advisors based on client needs
· Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
· Manage multiple executive calendars
· Open client accounts (including fee-based, checking, standard brokerage, 529, etc.)
· Process client financial transactions (wire transfers, ACH's, journals, etc.)
· Submit client transfers (retirement rollovers, ACAT's, DTC's, etc.)
· Possess basic investment knowledge (stocks, mutual funds, annuities, etc.)

· Displays excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork for the company
· Must be an organized and detailed-oriented person
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
