Position Summary:

PGP is seeking an experienced and driven Associate to join our Chicago office. This role provides a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership and directly contribute to live M&A transactions. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong foundation in financial modeling and transaction execution, and an eagerness to grow within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of financial models, valuation analyses, and other quantitative materials
• Draft and manage key transaction documents, including pitch materials and confidential information memoranda
• Supervise and mentor analysts and interns throughout the deal process
• Support client communications and relationship management efforts
• Manage virtual data rooms and oversee due diligence processes
• Assist in business development and market coverage initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, accounting, or finance
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-growth setting
• Prior healthcare services experience is a plus
