Oaklands Global is proud to partner with a highly regarded boutique investment bank that is actively expanding its Dallas office. We are seeking ambitious and driven Associates or Senior Analysts with a strong background in Debt Advisory, Leveraged Finance, or Capital Markets, and a proven track record of executing (leading) transactions.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing platform where you’ll take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with senior bankers and clients, and gain exposure across a diverse set of debt financing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of complex debt capital markets transactions, including revolvers, term loans, unitranche, subordinated debt, and high-yield bonds.
Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials.
Draft and manage the creation of Confidential Information Memorandums (CIMs), pitchbooks, and investor presentations.
Conduct in-depth industry, market, and company research to support strategic recommendations.
Collaborate on deal structuring, negotiation support, and execution from start to finish.
Mentor and train junior analysts, helping elevate team performance and output.
Maintain and deepen client relationships through consistent, high-quality interaction and delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (MBA, CFA) a plus.
3+ years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on debt capital markets, leveraged finance, or financial advisory.
Exceptional financial modeling and valuation skills; Excel proficiency required.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities with client-facing experience.
High attention to detail and professional integrity.
Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, transaction-driven environments.
Team-oriented with a commitment to mentoring junior talent and contributing to a collaborative culture.
