You are a high energy, strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize complex information, analyze business needs and rapidly develop measurable, innovative and effective marketing programs at the local, regional and national level.
As a Marketing Strategy, Innovation Economy, Commercial Banking Vice President on the Commercial and Investment Bank Marketing team ,you will be responsible for driving growth for the Innovation Economy (IE) segment, which sits in the Commercial and Specialized Industries (C&SI) business. You will work directly with business partners and centers of excellence to define and deliver marketing programs. Specifically, you will help construct and manage a go-to-market strategy that includes lead generation, sales funnel, onboarding, and client engagement and deepening. Key to this work will be leveraging the power of the J.P. Morgan Chase franchise and seeking innovative ways to reach and engage our key audiences through cross line of business partnerships. You will work closely with Commercial Banking Marketing & Communications ‘Center Of Excellence’ teams including Creative Services, Events, Sponsorships, Digital, Integrated Media, and Communications that support the development and execution of marketing efforts. You will also work with Marketing teams across Asset and Wealth Management, Corporate Investment Bank, and Business Banking to develop marketing programs that support cross-firm objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Construct and manage go-to-market strategies that includes lead generation, sales funnel, onboarding, and client engagement and deepening
- Leveraging the power of the J.P. Morgan Chase franchise and seeking innovative ways to reach and engage our key audiences through cross line of business partnerships
Actively partner and collaborate with a Marketing Center of Excellence to develop and present concepts and ideas as a cohesive team, ensuring that strategic goals and objectives are met
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
Demonstrated experience in managing marketing programs and initiatives that support business goals across a range of marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills (speaking and listening), team player; self-starter with demonstrated strong work ethic that thrives on accomplishment and not afraid of charting new territory, defining structure and processes along the way.
- Comfortable and interested in working with line of business leaders with ability to gain trust by selling and delivering strategic marketing solutions that are unique, innovative and drive business results.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate across a complex organization with ability to juggle multiple ongoing projects, work under tight deadlines and prioritize responsibilities
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to connect the dots between marketing outcomes and business results
Preferred qualifications, capabilities & skills:
- Experience building client journeys and translating data into actionable insights
- Ability to quickly learn new industries and understand needs of target segments
- A flexible and adaptable team player who is willing to accept additional projects and initiatives
Industry experience with startups, venture capital, investment banking, commercial banking or private banking a plus
