You will be part of a global team that develops and implements marketing strategies for our suite of liquidity products and a $375 billion+ trading platform across the institutional channel. 

 

As a Global Liquidity Marketing Associate within the Asset Management team, you will be dedicated to understanding client needs and developing integrated marketing strategies targeted at cash management decision-makers across corporate and financial institution channels. Reporting to the Head of Global Liquidity Marketing, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and business success.

 

Job responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing plans and initiatives for the liquidity channel, utilizing all marketing tools to enhance market presence and voice.

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop and implement marketing strategies for the business line.

  • Lead client events and sponsorships (both in-person and digital) from planning, execution, and follow-up to drive sales for the business.

  • Manage client-specific marketing projects by collaborating with Digital, Brand, Social, Compliance, and Business Intelligence teams.

  • Leverage digital outreach activities to identify client and prospect needs and then use that information to shape further marketing touch-points.

  • Assist in measuring and reporting marketing activities, helping to assess successes, develop action steps, and identify lessons learned and best practices.

  • Navigate and utilize marketing platforms essential for role execution.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • College degree in marketing or a related field.

  • 3+ years of project management experience.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and interpret the success and strategy of marketing programs.

  • Detail-oriented with strong execution skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with senior management and sales organizations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience in financial marketing and/or knowledge of liquidity products.

  • Familiarity with AI marketing tools such as Large Language Models (LLM).
